Growth Marketing: Creative & Ad Ops Leader

OpenAI seeks a Growth Creative Operations Lead to build and run the paid creative operating system powering OpenAI's paid marketing programs. You will connect Creative and Growth Marketing teams, drive briefs and testing roadmaps, and ensure scalable, high-quality ad production. The role partners with internal teams and external partners to translate growth priorities into actionable plans, oversee asset libraries, calendars, and QA processes, and drive performance insights across campaigns.
