Per uno dei principali player del mercato assicurativo italiano , realtà di primo piano e brand riconosciuto a livello internazionale, stiamo selezionando un/una Data Engineer (m, f, x). La persona sarà inserita in un team dedicato alla progettazione, realizzazione e gestione di soluzioni dati e analytics in contesti enterprise. Responsabilità principali: Analizzare i requisiti funzionali e tradurli in soluzioni dati scalabili ed efficienti. Progettare e sviluppare pipeline dati in ambiente Google Cloud Definire e implementare modelli dati a supporto di reporting, analytics e use case avanzati di Machine Learning Gestire il ciclo di vita delle soluzioni in produzione, garantendo qualità, affidabilità e monitoraggio dei processi. Applicare pratiche di DataOps e MLOps per l’automazione dei processi di sviluppo, rilascio e gestione operativa Collaborare con team multidisciplinari per la realizzazione di prodotti analitici e iniziative data-driven. Coordinare attività progettuali, pianificare avanzamenti e gestire le relazioni con fornitori esterni e stakeholder interni Supportare le attività di troubleshooting e ottimizzazione delle performance/costi delle soluzioni implementate Requisiti richiesti: Esperienza in ruoli di Data Engineering o affini. Conoscenza dei principali servizi di data management della piattaforma Google Cloud Platform, in particolare: BigQuery, Dataform, Dataflow, Vertex AI Conoscenza di Python per lo sviluppo di prodotti e modelli analitici (ML) Esperienza nella progettazione, sviluppo e gestione di pipeline dati in ambienti di produzione. Conoscenza delle metodologie e degli strumenti DataOps e MLOps. Competenze di data modeling e progettazione di architetture dati moderne (DWH, Data Lake, Data Mesh) Capacità di analisi funzionale e definizione delle soluzioni tecniche Esperienza nella gestione del ciclo di vita dei prodotti analitici e delle piattaforme dati Capacità di coordinamento e monitoraggio delle attività progettuali Capacità di comunicazione e documentazione tecnica/funzionale Buone capacità relazionali nella gestione di fornitori e partner tecnologici Laurea Requisiti preferenziali: Esperienza su ambiente Oracle Database. Buona conoscenza dello sviluppo PL/SQL. Familiarità con processi di integrazione dati e ottimizzazione delle performance su database relazionali. Esperienza/conoscenza dell'ambito assicurativo Eventuali certificazioni Google Cloud Precedenti esperienze in contesti enterprise caratterizzati da elevati volumi di dati e requisiti di affidabilità in produzione Completano il profilo attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione con diversi stakeholder, autonomia operativa, orientamento al risultato e capacità di problem solving.
