Human Resources Business Partner

SHR Talent is partnering with a growing manufacturing organization in its search for a Human Resources Business Partner based in the greater Nashville area. This is a highly visible HR role supporting multiple operational locations and partnering closely with leadership teams on employee engagement, communication, and overall people strategy. The organization is seeking an HR professional with exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build credibility and trust throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will be someone who is approachable, relationship-oriented, and capable of balancing employee support with business partnership responsibilities. Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills are critical for success in this position. Responsibilities Serve as the primary HR partner for designated operational locations Build strong relationships with employees and leadership teams Support employee relations, coaching, and conflict resolution efforts Partner with management on performance management and employee development Assist with onboarding, engagement initiatives, and retention efforts Help support HR compliance, policies, and best practices Collaborate with leadership on organizational and workforce planning needs Support recruiting and staffing initiatives as needed Maintain a strong employee-focused culture across supported locations Qualifications Prior HR Business Partner or Generalist experience preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills required Demonstrated ability to build relationships and trust across teams Experience supporting employee relations initiatives preferred Manufacturing or multi-site experience is a plus Ability to handle sensitive and confidential matters professionally Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities #J-18808-Ljbffr SHR Talent
