Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Current state Occupational Therapy certification/license
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate.
- National Board for Certification Occupational Therapy certification, AOTA and OTAC required
- Minimum 1 year experience
