Job Description

Job Summary:

Provide rehabilitative services to patients in outpatient and inpatient settings, assisting them in achieving optimal physical function and mobility. Offer personalized care plans tailored to individual patient needs to promote recovery and improve quality of life.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and use of assistive devices.
• Document patient progress and modify interventions accordingly.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and caregivers on injury prevention and home exercise programs.

Qualifications:

• Hold a valid state licensure or a compact license as a Physical Therapist.
• Possess excellent clinical assessment and intervention skills.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills for patient interaction and team collaboration.
• Be flexible to work in outpatient and inpatient settings, with occasional inpatient duties.
• Recent graduates are welcome; prior travel experience is not required.
