Role Description The Diesel Mechanic role at ConleyMax Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Williston, ND. This role is responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing diesel engines and heavy equipment used in ConleyMax’s flameless heating operations. Day-to-day tasks include performing scheduled preventive maintenance, troubleshooting mechanical and hydraulic systems, and ensuring all vehicles and equipment meet safety and performance standards. The Diesel Mechanic will document work performed, maintain accurate service records, and collaborate with operations staff to minimize downtime and support field projects. The role also involves responding to equipment issues promptly, conducting pre-use inspections, and contributing to continuous improvement of maintenance practices. Qualifications Strong Diesel Mechanics and Heavy Equipment repair skills, including engines, hydraulics, and related systems. Experience in equipment Maintenance, including inspections, diagnostics, and repair of diesel equipment. Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance for industrial heating units and associated mechanical systems. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation. Relevant technical certification or vocational training in diesel technology or a related field; ASE or similar certifications are an advantage. Knowledge of safety practices in industrial and field environments, including lockout/tagout and safe procedures.
