General Manager – 695 Jerry St., Suite 108 Full-time Job Category: Store General Manager Responsibilities: Manage all operations during shifts, including cost control, inventory, cash, and customer relations. Set a positive example by following all policies and procedures consistently. Oversee staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash handling, food management, schedule adherence, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability. Qualifications: Experience in restaurant management or a related environment. Strong basic math skills – add, subtract, multiply, divide, and use a calculator efficiently. Accurate cash handling and ability to make correct monetary change. Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills for order processing. Good motor coordination for rapid, precise movements and proficiency with keyboard or touch‑screen input. Ability to interpret visual and auditory cues, differentiate hot and cold surfaces, and perform tasks under stress. Physical & Work Conditions: Exposure to varying temperatures (36°F to 90°F+), weather during outdoor tasks, food odors, cornmeal dust, and hot surfaces up to 500°F. Standing and walking for the majority of tasks; light lifting up to 50 lb, frequent handling of bulk deliveries, and working with items up to 72 in. high. Use of hand trucks, dollies, and moving trays that may require forces up to 7.5 lb. Age Requirement: 18 years or older. Reliable transportation and a clean BGC/MVR are required.
