Youth Care Worker - 1st Shift, Crisis Support

Upbring seeks a Youth Care Worker to provide direct care, supervision, and a safe, therapeutic environment for Unaccompanied Children. You will ensure ORR licensing compliance and report incidents per policy. Responsibilities include intake, basic needs, behavior management, crisis intervention, and supporting daily living skills.
