This correctional facility clinic delivers outpatient primary care services to an adult minimum-security jail population with a census of 600-800 patients in San Jose, California. The facility operates with established clinical protocols suited to corrections-based healthcare delivery, with on-site support staff including MD, APP, RN, and EMS available to facilitate consistent care. Clinical workflows are structured to support professional and timely service delivery within the correctional setting.

Clinicians will provide outpatient primary care services to adult patients at a correctional facility clinic in San Jose, California, working Monday through Friday from 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM. Clinical responsibilities include sick visits and urgent care services for a minimum-security adult jail population with a census of 600-800 patients. On-site support staff includes MD, APP, RN, and EMS to assist with daily clinical operations. Prescriptive authority is required for this position.
