Job Overview We are hiring a Clinical Application Specialist to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of healthcare applications used in clinical environments. In this role, you will act as the bridge between clinical users and technology systems, ensuring healthcare applications such as EHR/EMR systems, patient portals, and SaaS platforms are properly deployed, configured, and adopted by healthcare teams. You will work closely with product teams, engineers, support teams, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless application performance and user experience across healthcare systems. Key Responsibilities Clinical Application Support Provide support for healthcare SaaS applications and clinical systems. Assist in configuring and deploying EHR/EMR and healthcare software platforms. Troubleshoot application issues reported by clinical and administrative users. Ensure smooth adoption of healthcare digital tools in clinical environments. Healthcare System Implementation Support onboarding and implementation of healthcare applications for clients. Configure system workflows based on clinical and operational requirements. Assist in data migration and system integration processes. Validate application performance in healthcare environments. User Training & Support Train healthcare professionals on application usage and workflows. Create documentation, guides, and training materials. Provide ongoing support to ensure effective system utilization. Gather user feedback to improve application usability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work with engineering and product teams to resolve application issues. Communicate clinical user needs to development teams. Support testing of new features and system updates. Collaborate with healthcare stakeholders to improve system workflows. Healthcare Technology Areas You Will Work With Healthcare SaaS platforms Support customer configurations, custom system parameters, and tenant portals. Clinical application systems Ensure clinical modules and physician intake workflows operate smoothly. EHR/EMR software Troubleshoot connection sync issues, interface mappings, and record uploads. Patient portal solutions Investigate patient login, payment gateways, and medical chart downloads. Telemedicine platforms Resolve hardware camera test issues, in-browser sync latency, and video rooms. Healthcare automation systems Troubleshoot lead routing triggers and automatic email/SMS reminder workflows. Preferred Qualifications Experience in US healthcare environments or healthcare SaaS companies. Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and healthcare data security.
