Company vehicle + gas card Company-paid phone and tablet What You’ll Be Doing Meet with homeowners to diagnose plumbing concerns and present repair and replacement solutions Educate customers on plumbing systems, products, and service options Build trust and deliver a world-class customer experience Drive revenue through ethical, solutions-based sales Create accurate estimates and recommendations using Service Titan Work closely with install and service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience Meet and exceed sales and performance goals Maintain professionalism, communication, and follow-through throughout the customer journey What We’re Looking For Required 1+ year of residential plumbing experience Sales experience Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to pass a background check Ability to lift up to 100 lbs as needed Preferred 1+ years of residential service plumbing experience Strong troubleshooting skills Excellent customer service and communication Location: 16360 Table Mountain Pkwy, Golden CO 80403 Fix-It 24/7 is an equal-opportunity employer.
