Homecare Manager - Downtown Boston

Guardian Angel Senior Services Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring a Home Care Manager to lead operations in a downtown Boston office. What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations of home care services (HHA, CNA, PCA, Homemaker, Companion) Manage scheduling and ensure strong client–caregiver matches Maintain communication with clients, families, and care teams Monitor quality of care and client satisfaction Lead, coach, and support office staff and caregivers Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and retention Ensure compliance with state regulations and company standards Handle reports, documentation, and payroll preparation Participate in on‑call rotation as needed What You Bring 2+ years of home care experience 2+ years of leadership/management experience Strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure Tech‑comfortable (Microsoft Office, electronic systems) ASAP experience is a plus Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation Education Bachelor’s degree in Health or Human Services preferred Why Join Guardian Angel Supportive, team‑oriented environment Opportunity to lead and grow within the organization Make a meaningful difference in your community every day Guardian Angel Senior Services is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
