Make yourself at home with us and start doing your life's best work.(sm)If you are located in the Eastern time zone, you will have the flexibility to telecommute* as you take on some tough challenges.Primary Responsibilities:Responsible for clinical quality audits Gathering and reporting data Coordinating and facilitating large meetings with both internal and external partnersGathering and distributing required documents for meetingsParticipating in workgroupsRunning, analyzing, and writing clinical programs and programs for reviewYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or current unrestricted RN licensure in applicable state and 2+ years of healthcare experience in any healthcare settingExperience interacting with NCQA of JCAHO reviewersExperience writing program evaluations and policies and interacting with EQRO organizationsExperience running, analyzing, and writing clinical programs and projects for review- this includes data analysis for program/project completionExperience organizing and managing large committee meetings with internal and external partnersDemonstrated experience in Microsoft office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and demonstrated computer literacyExperience utilizing well-developed problem-solving and multitasking skills; to manage multiple deliverables at a timePreferred Qualifications:Experience working managed care Experience preparing PPT presentations and presenting clinical dataDemonstrated time management skills Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) Ability to work with a large group and follow a project timeline to completionAbility to collect, analyze, and present dataExperience with data entry and trackingExperience with audit responses and preparing documents for audits Full COVID-19 vaccination is an essential job function of this role.
