Read and interpret blueprints and welding symbols. Set up, adjust, and operate welding equipment. Inspect welds for quality and precision. Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean workspace.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:Experience in manufacturing or metal fabrication (preferred but not required). Ability to use hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
