Project manager

NORTH STAR CONNECT GROUP LTD, a specialist provider of innovative telecommunication solutions, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager to join our team. This is a full-time role based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States . The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a variety of telecommunications projects from conception through to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual to make a significant impact within a growing company. The offered salary for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 per annum . Responsibilities Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders. Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management. Lead and coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure flawless execution of projects. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Measure project performance using suitable systems, tools, and techniques. Perform risk management to minimise potential risks and create contingency plans. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Provide regular and clear progress reports to clients and internal stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably within the telecommunications industry. A strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., PRINCE2, Agile). Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively. Solid organisational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Proficiency in project management software tools. Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset. A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business, IT, or Engineering is desirable.
