ABOUT THE ROLE As a Sales Associate, better known as a "Product Specialist", you'll engage with customers, provide exceptional customer service, and contribute to the success of the store. This entry-level retail role offers room to grow, flexible schedule, and opportunities in cashier duties and sales. WHAT YOU WILL DO Customer Service: Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice. Retail Sales Goals: Actively contribute to achieving store and individual sales goals. Store Operations: Keep the store looking its best by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. Lifting occasional items up to 50 pounds and staying on your feet for most of the shift. Cashier Duties: Handle cashier responsibilities, accurately processing payments. Product Knowledge: Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories and share product details to improve customer experience and boost sales. Team Collaboration: Work alongside other employees to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand and meets company standards. WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU Eager to deliver top-notch customer service in an entry-level role. Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals. Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities. Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability. Excited to represent the Skechers brand with energy, enthusiasm and a sense of urgency. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
