Early Childhood - Teacher Assistant

We're seeking a talented and compassionate Teacher’s Assistant to help shape the lives of our Littles in a nurturing, faith-based environment. What You'll Do Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and developmental activities. Supervise and engage children during indoor and outdoor play routines. Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment. Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Of good character and reputation Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Minimum 3 months of professional childcare experience Basic computer proficiency Must pass a full background check and health screening Nice To Haves Previous experience in a licensed early childhood or preschool setting. CPR and First Aid certification. Coursework in early childhood education or child development.
