Duties

• Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce our products and services to residential and small business customers.
• Engage prospects with compelling conversations, utilizing consultative selling techniques to identify their needs and present tailored solutions.
• Build rapport quickly through friendly, professional communication, establishing trust and credibility with potential clients.
• Generate qualified leads by scheduling free no obligation consultations and estimates.
• Utilize sales technology tools such as CRM software (Customer Relationship Management) systems to track interactions, manage leads, and update customer information efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, especially in door to door sales or telemarketing environments.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate product benefits clearly and persuasively.
• Familiarity with sales automation technologies and CRM software such as or similar platforms.
• Sales experience or familiarity with sales and/or lead generation techniques is an asset.
• Ability to work independently outdoors for extended periods while maintaining high energy levels and motivation.

Compensation:

• $18.00 - $22.00/ hour base pay – based on experience
• Uncapped commission bonus on scheduled appointments, no ceiling, no limits!
• Medical, Dental, Vision insurance available – Employer contributions of $350 per month towards premiums. An annual benefit of $4,200 per year.
