Dry Goods USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ohio to support the store manager, motivate associates, and deliver outstanding customer service. You will lead by example, share product knowledge, and maintain a clean, exciting store environment. You will develop relationships to grow store business, train staff, and oversee daily operations while rotating day/evening/weekend shifts.
