Obstetrician/Gynecologist Opportunity

Littleton Regional Hospital is offering an independent practice opportunity with a 3 weeks on/1 week off schedule, 8 FTE department, and a 1:5 call ratio that will transition to 1:8 as positions fill. The practice covers general, gynecology, healthy pediatrics, orthopedics, spine, plastics, genitourinary, and endocrinology, with 260 deliveries per year. There is no vascular, neuro, or bariatric focus. The base salary is $357,000, with call over six days per month and compensation for post call work. The package includes $5,000 for CME and $20,000 annual loan reimbursement. Benefits include a 403(b) with a 3% match, 457 plan, full benefits, and employer-paid professional liability insurance. Candidates must be capable of independent practice in a rural hospital and have OB/epidural and regional experience.
