Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an oncology unit, including administration of chemotherapy and immunotherapy infusions
• Monitor and assess patients in a progressive care/oncology setting, identifying and responding to changes in condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
• Accurately document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes in accordance with facility standards
• Adhere to all safety, infection control, and compliance protocols throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona, verified within the last 30 days, with no disciplinary actions
• Minimum of 24 months of Oncology experience, with experience within the last 12 months
• PCU (Progressive Care Unit) background with Oncology training
• Active BLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ACLS certification from AHA, ARC, or ASHI
• Active ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy and Immunotherapy Certification

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior travel nursing experience highly preferred
• Flexibility with facility locations, shifts, and departments is strongly advantageous
• Oncology skills checklist completed within the last 12 months
