As a Shift Leader at our Charleston store located at 315 Lincoln Ave, STE 200, Charleston, IL 61920 , you will lead our bakery team day or night. Your duties include predicting business flow, building orders, suggestive selling, baking, interacting with customers, and ensuring a productive, fun environment. Benefits Pay rate: $15.50/hr. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and quality products to guests throughout their experience. Maintain operations during your shift, communicate pertinent information, monitor production efficiency, hold team accountable to company standards and procedures, and support training and coaching of team members. Prioritize and delegate tasks for baking, cashiering, packaging, and cleaning while leading the cookie crew. Support and work alongside the Cookie Crew. Ensure a safe, clean working environment and adhere to safe food handling practices. Manage cash handling and deposits. Desired Skills and Experience At least 1 year of customer‑service experience. Experience with Point of Sale systems. Outstanding communication, time‑management, and people skills. Outgoing, friendly, patient demeanor. Detail‑focused and results‑oriented. Ability to lead by example and motivate others. Can lift up to 40 lbs. Legally eligible to work in the United States. Must be 18 years or older. #J-18808-Ljbffr
