$50,000 – $100,000+ per year (No Cap Earnings)
Full-Time | Year-Round Work

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential & light commercial HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and service calls efficiently and accurately
• Communicate findings and present repair options to customers
• Deliver excellent customer service and build trust with homeowners
• Use ServiceTitan/iPad for dispatching, invoicing, and job notes
• Maintain clean, organized work vehicles and job sites

Qualifications

• ✅ Minimum 2+ years HVAC service experience (REQUIRED)
• ✅ EPA Certification
• ✅ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• ✅ Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR required)
• ✅ Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• ✅ Comfortable using tablets/iPads for field service software
• ✅ Strong communication and customer service skills
• ➕ Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Compensation

• Pay: $50,000 – $100,000+ per year
• Bonus/Commission: Performance-based (uncapped)
• Weekly performance opportunities available

Schedule

• Full-time
• evenings/weekends as needed
