Looking for a career that makes you smile?Blackburn & Williams Orthodontics is seeking a Front Desk Coordinator II to join our growing team.How you’ll make us better:Greets and receives customers, determines nature of visit, and notifies appropriate team member(s).Performs various administrative duties.Welcomes visitors to the practice and provides information about clinic featuresAnswers, screens, and routes incoming calls and takes messages as neededChecks-in and collects general information from patients on their first visitNotifies clinicians of patient arrival and readinessMakes appointments for returning patients as necessaryPrints/reprints appointment reminders and school/work excusesVerifies insurance information, investigates any issues, and works towards a resolutionMakes changes to the patient schedule as necessaryPresents contracts to patients, coordinates payment arrangements and/or account resolutionReceives, stores, and delivers shipments and mailTakes payments and posts to accountUpdates charts and patient informationDrives internal marketing initiatives and fosters participation from everyoneConsistently encourages/presents patients with non-clinical ways to utilize the Smile Doctors Anywhere application to support their experience throughout the course of treatmentCommunicates office supply requirements to the Practice Director for monthly supply orderYour special skills:We’re proud of our company culture and heritage of awesomeness.
