Construction Manager

Akkodis is Seeking a Capital Projects Manager/Construction manager to lead the execution of a $36M capital expansion project within a dairy/Nutrition manufacturing facility. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project leader with a strong background in large-scale food or dairy manufacturing projects. Rate Range $60/hour -$70/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors Key Responsibilities Experience managing $20M+ capital projects (this project is approximately $36M) Strong experience with plant construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and start-up Coordinate approximately 40-60 contractors Manage daily contractor activity, access, and orientation Maintain and update project drawing set Coordinate drawing reviews across technical disciplines Update bills of material and equipment list Required Qualification Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related discipline 5+ years of capital project management experience in Construction/manufacturing Proven experience managing large capital projects valued at $20M Ability to work in a manufacturing environment (including lifting up to 50 lbs. when required) Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, an EAP program, commuter benefits, and a 401K plan.
