Job Summary As a Donor Relations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our company's philanthropic efforts. You will be responsible for maintaining and cultivating relationships with donors, ensuring their continued support and engagement with our organization. You will work closely with our development team to create and implement strategies for donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour workweek. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with current and potential donors through regular communication and engagement activities Collaborate with the development team to create and implement strategies for donor acquisition, retention, and stewardship Plan and execute fundraising events, including donor recognition events and campaigns Conduct research on potential donors and create targeted communication and solicitation strategies Manage donor database and ensure accurate and timely record-keeping Prepare and present reports on donor engagement and fundraising efforts to senior management Work with the marketing team to create donor-focused content for various communication channels Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in donor relations and fundraising Represent the company at networking events and conferences to promote our philanthropic efforts Collaborate with other departments to ensure donor recognition and stewardship opportunities are integrated into company initiatives Qualifications Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, or a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in donor relations, fundraising, or nonprofit management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and project management abilities Proficient in using donor management software and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of fundraising techniques and best practices Ability to work independently and as part of a team Passion for philanthropy and making a positive impact in the community We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for professional growth and development A collaborative and supportive work environment The chance to make a difference in the community through our philanthropic efforts #J-18808-Ljbffr
