Branch Manager

Summary The Branch Manager oversees branch operations, personnel, and performance to ensure consistent day-to-day operational excellence. This role provides hands-on leadership, builds and develops high-performing teams, and fosters strong relationships with both new and existing clients. The position emphasizes teamwork, transparency, accountability, and effective execution in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. Essential Functions Lead, direct, and coordinate all branch activities to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with company goals. Develop, coach, and motivate team members to achieve high levels of performance and customer satisfaction. Monitor daily operations and workflows to identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards. Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders. Analyze branch performance metrics and prepare operational reports for leadership. Represent the branch at community and client events to enhance visibility and business relationships. Perform other related duties as assigned. Education & Experience Required 2+ years of experience in branch management, operations, or a related leadership role. Preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience managing teams in a multi-site or service-based environment. Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and meeting business goals. Skills & Competencies Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business technology systems. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport at all levels of the organization. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Demonstrated commitment to team collaboration, accountability, and operational integrity.
