Birthday Parties needs YOU! at The City Forum in Clarksville, TN, we are seeking a vibrant and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Party Guide! If you thrive in creating unforgettable experiences and love working with children, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

As a birthday party guide, you'll be responsible for crafting safe, fun, and personalized birthday parties where the birthday child is the star of the show. Your mission is to ensure smiles, laughter, and excitement, leaving a lasting impression on every guest.

Responsibilities:

• Party Perfection: Plan, personalize, and organize birthday parties to deliver an unforgettable experience for kids and stress-free enjoyment for parents.
• Warm Welcomes: Greet guests with a smile and review the party agenda with parents to set the stage for a fantastic celebration.
• Fun Facilitator: Keep the party vibe going with engaging games and activities while ensuring the safety and enjoyment of all guests.
• Personal Touch: Discover the birthday child's favorites and incorporate them into the party for a truly special experience.
• Smooth Operations: Manage the flow of the party, assist with attractions setup, and ensure the party room stays fresh and inviting throughout.
• Customer Connection: Interact with children and parents, providing top-notch service and keeping the energy high.
• Safety First: Prioritize safety and cleanliness at all times, ensuring a worry-free environment for everyone.
• Team Player: Collaborate with fellow party runners to keep things running smoothly and assist with setup, cleanup, and organization.
• Special Events: Participate in and host FEC-hosted special events to add even more excitement to the mix.

Experience:

• Prior experience working with children is a plus.
• Experience in recreation, camps, sports, or drama is welcomed.

Job Type: Part-Time

• Flexible hours on weekdays, as needed
• Weekend availability required
• Holiday availability (except Easter Day, Thanksgiving Day, & Christmas Day)
• Pay - Base Pay plus Tips
