Litigation Docket Clerk/Legal Assistant Blackstone Law, APC is a rapidly growing litigation firm focused on plaintiff’s side labor and employment law. We are looking for a proactive Litigation Docket Clerk/Legal Assistant to support our attorneys throughout all stages of litigation. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with clients and managing deadlines. Base pay range $70,000.00/yr – $95,000.00/yr Responsibilities Communicate with clients to provide updates, gather documentation, and build case timelines Manage and maintain the litigation calendar, including scheduling hearings, depositions, and case management conferences Calculate all litigation deadlines using calendaring software in accordance with the Code of Civil Procedure, local rules, and judge‑specific standing orders Monitor court dockets for changes, tentative rulings, continuances, and minute orders Collaborate with team members to ensure weekly litigation deadline reports are prepared and distributed to attorneys Assist attorneys/legal support with general litigation support (exhibit organization, document management, deadline tracking) Maintain accurate digital case files, pleadings, and correspondence in the firm’s case management system Support the preparation, tracking, and mailing of outgoing correspondence, notices, and court documents Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, organizing PDFs, updating case statuses, and managing internal communications Experience with CompuLaw, eDocket, or Milana (preferred) Benefits Medical insurance Vision insurance Referral Incentive Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Blackstone Law, APC by 2x. #J-18808-Ljbffr
