Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) Registered NurseMonday - Friday: PRN8am - 4:30pm (8 hours a day/ PRN)Preop phone calls for surgical patients.GENERAL SUMMARY OF DUTIES :Obtaining a preop health history and pertinent information from patients to make sure they are properly evaluated prior to surgery. Works closely with other team members and anesthesia.A Pre-Admission Testing (PAT) Registered Nurse evaluates and prepares patients for scheduled surgical or procedural interventions. They conduct physical assessments, review medical histories. The RN educates patients and ensures all clinical and administrative requirements are met to prevent day-of-surgery delays.
