Tooele Motor Company is looking for a friendly, professional, and self-motivated Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our dealership. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of inbound calls. Success in this position requires confidence answering calls, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with customers while providing exceptional service.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, stays organized, and can work independently with minimal supervision. Attention to detail, strong multitasking abilities, and a positive, team-oriented attitude are essential. Responsibilities include answering and managing a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, greeting customers and visitors, providing a welcoming first impression of the dealership, directing calls and guests to the appropriate department or team member, responding to customer questions and resolving concerns with professionalism and courtesy, working closely with the management team to ensure a smooth customer experience, following established processes while taking initiative to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction, staying organized, prioritizing multiple tasks, and working independently in a fast-paced environment, performing additional administrative and receptionist duties as assigned, and familiarizing yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently.

Qualifications include experience with Microsoft Office suite Word, Excel, also Google Docs is a plus, available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends, ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and personnel, professional personal appearance, clean driving record, and bilingual Spanish a plus!
