About the role:
As a technician or installer on our team, you'll travel to customer homes and businesses to install or keep HVAC systems running smoothly.

Job type: Full-time

Work hours: Monday - Saturday - TBD
***Saturday availability required

Location: Field based (driver’s license/car required)

Start Date: ASAP

Technician Starting Pay: $25 - $30 (based on experience)

Technician Responsibilities:
• Perform maintenance, inspections, and tune-ups on HVAC systems
• Diagnose system issues and communicate findings clearly to customers
• Complete repairs and replacements as needed
• Maintain accurate job notes and documentation after each visit
• Represent the company professionally at every job site

Installer Starting Pay: $27.43 – $30

Installer Responsibilities:

• Perform installation of residential heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems: furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and ductless systems
• Support equipment setup, including unloading, staging and positioning HVAC units and materials at job sites
• Measure, cut and assemble sheet metal and duct systems according to project specifications
• Assist in brazing, soldering and connecting refrigerant piping (as skill level progresses)
• Maintain proper handling and charging of refrigerants in compliance with EPA guidelines (as trained/certified)
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for installation tasks
• Ensure all work areas remain clean, organized and compliant with safety standards
• Follow local building codes, manufacturer specifications and company quality standards
• Perform basic system checks and assist with startup and testing of installed HVAC systems

Minimum Requirements:
• High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of work experience
• 3+ years experience in HVAC equipment residential/commercial maintenance and repair
• Know how to troubleshoot equipment failures and handle repairs
• Ability to move or lift objects, typically less than 50 lbs
