As we advance our mission and expand nationwide, we are searching for an exceptional Operating Director to lead this branch’s growth. Supported by our homebase and a network of Operating Directors, you will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward. Responsibilities and Duties Independently manage and lead the branch, with ongoing corporate training and support. Business Development: develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in‑home care provider. Referral building: cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.). Staffing and Scheduling: hire and onboard new team members, ensure shifts are properly staffed, and monitor on‑call responsibilities. In‑home Assessments: build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction. Financial Management: oversee office budget reflected in profit & loss statements. Culture: create the workplace of choice for your territory, incentivize, motivate, and set team morale. Qualifications And Skills Proven leadership experience managing a team. Success in meeting sales and business development goals. Ability to work autonomously in a fast‑paced environment. Entrepreneurial mindset. Experience with direct recruitment, hiring, and oversight of staff. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Desired Attributes Desire to leave behind a typical 8‑5 desk job.
