Video Teller: Member Services & Finance Support

A financial services institution in Kansas City is seeking a Video Teller to provide support and service to members through digital interactions. This role includes determining member needs, educating them on products, and ensuring accurate transactions. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, strong multitasking abilities, and knowledge of credit union services. Candidates with an associate or bachelor's degree are preferred.
