Advanced IT Service Desk & Escalation Specialist

IMTT is seeking a Service Desk Administrator to provide escalation-aware IT support and triage for incidents. The role focuses on efficient problem resolution, strong customer service, and collaboration with IT Operations to complete warm transfers when needed. The candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in IT (or related) and two years of hands-on desktop and software support.
