Employee Experience Coordinator The Employee Experience Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and executing employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, wellness activities, professional development events, and organizational celebrations that enhance the overall employee experience. This position provides operational and administrative support to the Employee Experience & Engagement Specialist while serving as a visible ambassador of the Human Resources department and the organization's culture. Working collaboratively with leaders throughout the organization, the Employee Experience Coordinator ensures employee programs and events are executed with excellence by managing logistics, communications, vendor relationships, scheduling, purchasing, and day-to-day program administration. This role plays a key part in creating a positive, engaging, and rewarding workplace where employees feel valued, connected, and supported. How You'll Make an Impact Employee Engagement Support Employee Recognition Employee Events Professional Development Support Wellness Programming Internal Communications Program Administration Vendor & Budget Coordination Community & Volunteer Engagement General Support What You'll Bring Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, Event Management, Hospitality, Organizational Leadership, or a related field preferred. Two (2) or more years of experience in event coordination, employee engagement, communications, hospitality, customer service, human resources, marketing, or program coordination. Experience coordinating organizational events, meetings, or employee programs preferred. Strong organizational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using Canva or similar graphic design software preferred. Experience with survey platforms, social media, or employee communications preferred. Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and accuracy.
