¿Cómo marcarás la diferencia?
Supervisar la operativa de In-Room Dining: Coordina y asegura el correcto funcionamiento del servicio, garantizando estándares de calidad y tiempos de entrega.
Liderar y motivar al equipo: Organiza turnos, forma al equipo y fomenta una cultura de excelencia y atención al detalle.
Garantizar la experiencia del huésped: Supervisa la calidad del servicio, presentación y trato, asegurando una experiencia personalizada y memorable.
Coordinar con cocina y otros departamentos: Asegura una comunicación fluida para optimizar tiempos, pedidos y servicio.
Gestionar incidencias y peticiones especiales: Actúa con rapidez, criterio y discreción ante cualquier situación.
Controlar pedidos, costes y estándares: Supervisa comandas, inventarios básicos y cumplimiento de procedimientos operativos.
Asegurar orden y organización: Mantiene las áreas de trabajo, offices y equipos en perfecto estado.
¿Eres la persona que estamos buscando?
Experiencia previa en Room Service o F&B: Mínimo 2 años, valorable experiencia en hoteles de lujo.
Experiencia en supervisión o liderazgo de equipos: Capacidad para coordinar, motivar y desarrollar talento.
Alta orientación al detalle y al huésped: Enfoque en la excelencia y personalización del servicio.
Capacidad organizativa y resolución de problemas: Gestión eficiente de la operativa en entornos dinámicos.
Dominio de idiomas: Inglés avanzado y español; otros idiomas serán valorados.
Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión hotelera: Manejo de PMS y herramientas F&B.
