Michigan City, Indiana | 60 Minutes from Chicago | Minutes from Lake Michigan Beaches

A growing Family Medicine practice in Michigan City, Indiana , is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physician to join its team. About the Position

• Flexible full-time schedule with the potential for:
• Four 10-hour days, or
• Five 8-hour days
• Call schedule:
• Family Medicine: 1:15
• Internal Medicine: 1:7
• Average outpatient volume: 20–25 patients per 8-hour day
• Opportunity to collaborate with and/or supervise Advanced Practice Providers
• Approximately 25% of patient contact hours may be conducted virtually
• Women's Health experience preferred, but not required
• On-site laboratory and X-ray services
• Convenient access to an extensive network of specialty services, including Orthopedics, Rheumatology, ENT, Endocrinology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Cardiology, Hematology/Oncology, Vascular Surgery, OB/GYN, Gastroenterology, Infectious Disease, Pulmonology, and more

Candidate Qualifications

• Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• MD or DO
• Current BLS/ACLS certification
• Indiana medical license or eligibility/in process
