Data Entry Pharmacy Technician

Job Summary Our client is seeking a Data Entry Pharmacy Technician to assist in various pharmacy-related duties, including processing prescription orders, assisting with the operation of dispensing systems, and improving process efficiencies. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities Set goals for accomplishing responsibilities within appropriate timeframes. Engage in weekly staff meetings. Continually seek ways to improve processes. Answer incoming and transferred prescription calls. Obtain refill/prescription requests from guests. Process prescription orders in Script Pro. Request doctor authorization for prescriptions as needed. Check pharmacy e-mail regularly. Assist in the routine operation of the Script Pro robotic dispensing system. Process online orders in Script Pro. Assist guests in setting up online accounts and autofill. Qualifications High School Diploma. Professional phone etiquette. Certified Pharmacy Technician - registered in the state of Texas. Experience 6 months of experience. Skills Well-organized with great attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a busy environment.
