Install, program, and commission CCTV, access control, fire, and burglar security systems.

Troubleshoot complex low-voltage wiring and system faults to ensure optimal operational performance.

Configure basic to advanced IP network settings for integrated surveillance and security hardware.

Collaborate with residential and commercial clients to explain system functions and deliver clear operation training.

Execute clean installations by efficiently utilizing hand and power tools according to technical specifications.

Maintain complete and accurate service records and installation documentation for every completed job.

High School diploma or GED equivalent.

Proven experience in low-voltage wiring, electronics, or security system servicing.

Basic knowledge of IP networking and network configuration.

Demonstrated ability to safely operate hand and power tools.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and maneuver through tight spaces.

Willingness to travel up to 10% for regional projects.

Must be comfortable with being up high and different heights.

Vocational degree, trade school training, or Associate's degree in Electrical Technology.

5 or more years of hands-on experience installing security, access control, and fire systems.

Active industry certifications such as NICET, UL, or ESA.

Experience reading and interpreting complex electrical blueprints and system riser diagrams.
