Travel Nurse RN – Med Surg (Home Health) Location: Bala Cynwyd, Pennsylvania – serving Bucks County and Philadelphia suburbs. Pay: $2,200–$2,500 per week (competitive for local contract Home Health RN). Start Date: July 1, 2026. Duration: 13 weeks. Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (8‑hour days, 40 hrs/week). Employment Type: Local Contract (Travel Homecare). Responsibilities Provide compassionate, high‑quality in‑home nursing care as a Homecare RN. Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized home‑care plans. Document patient care accurately using OASIS and EPIC systems. Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and communicate effectively with patients, families, and physicians. Manage a daily caseload of 3–6 patients, adjusting based on case openings and coverage needs. Serve Bucks County areas with territory consolidation discussed during interview. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of home health RN experience (home health nursing, in‑home skilled nursing). Proficiency with OASIS documentation. EPIC electronic medical record experience.
