Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS), Assistant Professor, Gynecologic Surgery & Obstetrics, Kirk Kerkorian School of Medicine University of Nevada-Las Vegas (UNLV) invites applications for a board-certified, fellowship-trained Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery (MIGS) specialist to join our expanding practice in Las Vegas. Faculty appointment is at Assistant Professor rank. Involvement in starting a fellowship program is required; chronic pelvic pain expertise is desirable. Role of the Position Clinical and academic responsibilities include training and supervision of OBGYN residents and medical students. Interest in research, education, and leadership is a must. Participate in the development and execution of the MIGS fellowship program. Provide advanced multidisciplinary care for patients with complex conditions such as abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, pelvic pain, endometriosis, abnormal placentation, and Müllerian anomalies. Utilize laparoscopic, robotic, operative hysteroscopic, and vaginal surgical modalities. Minimum Qualifications Completed an AAGL MIGS Fellowship. Board certified or board eligible. Involved in development and execution of a MIGS fellowship program. 1–3 years of experience preferred; current MIGS fellows encouraged to apply. Program directorship experience preferred. Candidates must possess and maintain a Nevada State Board of Pharmacy license and DEA license. A Nevada medical license must be obtained prior to the start date.
