We are seeking a growth-minded Comprehensive / Cataract Surgeon to join our renown team of 7 MD and 4 OD at Matossian Eye Associates. We have 3 state-of-the-art offices in Doylestown, PA, Hamilton, NJ and Hopewell, NJ. Help us nurture our mission to deliver high quality and compassionate care. We have lucrative Productivity Bonuses attainable within the first year, and thereafter, with a simple and highly competitive percentage of collections. Our established physicians of all subspecialties and age demographics are averaging well above the national median compensation as reported in national surveys with some routinely exceeding the 75th %ile compensation Paid CME, PTO, and outstanding benefits package including 401(k).

Effective guidance on referral relationship development and practice building. Collaborative surgical skills review and mentorship by leading surgeons with ability to continue to grow and learn new techniques if needed (e.g. femto, ATIOLs, etc.). Physician-led administrative team, focused on strategic growth and brand marketing, with an eye on securing the future.
