Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse (ER) Located in a community hospital setting, this role involves providing urgent care to a diverse patient population across all ages. The position offers the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, delivering critical nursing services within the Emergency Department.

Job Details

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN licensure in Kentucky; BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NIHSS certifications; 2+ years of relevant experience; ability to function independently and adhere to ENA standards of care and regulatory requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a mix of community hospital and tertiary care setting; familiarity with cardiology STEMI, ACS, neurology ICH, AIS, GI, psych, trauma, code blue, OD, DKA, and KODA.
• Additional Information: The role may require working with GE monitors and Medhost electronic health record systems. The candidate should demonstrate strong critical thinking skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively with staff, EMS, police, leadership, and patients/families.
