Plan Excellence Data Manager

Johnson & Johnson Vision seeks a Plan Excellence Data Manager to oversee data governance, master data integrity, and planning system accuracy across SAP and OMP platforms. The role is based in Jacksonville or Limerick with three days weekly on-site presence, focusing on supply chain planning strategy and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Act as subject matter expert on SAP and OMP planning data for governance and accuracy
- Lead plan team reviews to ensure master data integrity and planning signal accuracy
- Own data maintenance tools and templates for timely product and material data collection
- Partner with business to develop automated tools for data calculations and analyses
- Investigate planning signal issues related to master data or parameter settings
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree minimum
- 7+ years supply chain planning experience with strong systems knowledge
- Advanced SQL proficiency
- Deep SAP planning modules expertise
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Clear written and oral communication at all organizational levels
- Self-motivated with team management capability
