Mile Bluff makes decisions for its employees and patients locally without relying on a large health system in another community.General Information:Job title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)Location: Crest View Nursing & Rehabilitation Center - New Lisbon, WISchedules Available: Part-time 2, 45 hours per pay period; PM shiftPart-time 2, 37.5 hours per pay period; NOC ShiftPart-time 2, 30 hours per pay period; PM shiftPart-time 2, 15 hours per pay period; NOC Shift or PM ShiftWeekend rotation: Every other weekendHoliday rotation: Every other holidayPosition Summary:The Nursing Home Certified Nurse Assistant position brings quality of care to all residents and families by following guidelines, policy, and procedures set up through our skilled nursing facility. This role helps the residents with their activities of daily living and assists in various ways to keep residents safe, healthy, and comfortable.Position Responsibilities:Answer call lightsAssist residents with ADLs including toileting, transferring, bathing, grooming, etc.Report any changes in resident condition to the nurseObtain vitals, weights and other information as neededMeet resident needs in a timely mannerReport any allegations of abuse, neglect and misappropriation to charge nursePerform other duties as requested.Position Requirements:Certified Nursing Assistant certification required.Must hold and maintain Certified Nursing Assistant certification.1+ years of related work experience preferred.Exceptional accuracy and attention to detail required.Knowledge, Skills, & AbilitiesIntermediate proficiency with computers is required.Comprehensive nursing assistant skills.Ability to provide compassionate care.Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to have continuous oral and written communication with co-workers, patients, and supervisors is essential.Location DescriptionWith a population of 1,800, New Lisbon, "The Friendly City", provides a small town feel while being surrounded by unique recreational and cultural experiences.
