Excellent opportunity exists for a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join Banner Health Centers & Clinics in Gilbert, AZ.

Looking for an opportunity to work in an outpatient setting with the ability to focus on clinical and patient excellence. This is a physician‑led group surrounded by excellent support, financial stability, and a focus on patient and provider wellness. We offer up to $100,000 in loan repayment assistance plus sign‑on bonus and relocation support.

Clinic Highlights:

• Busy, well‑established practice
• Average patient volume: 18‑24/day
• 36 hours of patient contact; 4 hours of admin time
• Comprehensive support team: Medical Assistants, Front Desk, network of specialists, and on‑site leadership
• Clinical responsibilities include all ages, wellness, chronic disease management, and specialized procedures based on your interests

We are looking for candidates who are:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Available to start in 2026 (2027 graduates are not eligible at this time)
• Patient‑focused, friendly, and collaborative
