Outpatient Therapist

We are seeking an Outpatient Therapist to deliver clinical services at a community-based outpatient facility. Responsibilities Performing Provisional Assessments for individuals in crisis, providing clinical oversight and consultation to staff, and liaising with community providers. The role involves crisis de-escalation training and physical techniques. The therapist may participate in a supervision toward licensure program after an introductory period. Qualifications Master's Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field, with current licensure or active pursuit of licensure. Two years of post-graduate experience in mental health is preferred. Must pass a criminal background check and meet physical requirements. Key duties Assessment, treatment planning, outpatient therapy, case management, and collaboration with community partners.
