What We’re Looking For: The License: You must have a current Cosmetology or Barber license (and a Manager's license if your state requires it). The Hustle: You are comfortable working at least 38 hours a week, including the busy times (evenings and weekends). The Mindset: You aren't just looking for a title; you’re looking to lead. You’re tech‑savvy, good with basic math, and can handle administrative tasks without breaking a sweat. Reliability: You’re the heartbeat of the salon. You need to be there for your team and your guests. Physical Reality: You’ll be active and on your feet most of the day. You’ll be working with salon chemicals and fragrances. You’ll be reaching, bending, and occasionally lifting supply boxes (approx. 20-25 lbs). You’ll need sharp vision for detail and color to maintain quality standards.
