Director, Patient Flow & Capacity Optimization

Wellington Regional Medical Center in Wellington, FL, is seeking a Director of Patient Flow & Capacity Management to lead hospital-wide patient flow, nursing resource management, centralized staffing, and telemetry/stroke unit operations. The role requires 5+ years of acute care nursing, 5+ years in nursing management, and a Florida RN license with BLS/ACLS.
